Our commitment
We want everyone using our pharmacies and this website to have a good experience. If something has fallen short, we want to hear about it so we can put it right and improve.

How to make a complaint
You can raise a complaint in any of these ways:

  • By email: admin@medisharegroup.com
  • In person or by phone: speak to the pharmacy team at the branch concerned
  • By post: Medishare HS Ltd, 12 Old Bexley Lane, Bexley DA5 2BN

Please give us as much detail as you can, including what happened, when, and which pharmacy was involved, so we can look into it properly.

What happens next
We will acknowledge your complaint within [3] working days and aim to give you a full response within [10] working days. If we need longer to investigate, we will let you know and keep you updated.

If you are not satisfied
If you are unhappy with our response, you can ask us to review it again. Depending on the nature of your complaint, you can also contact one of the following:

  • For NHS services: NHS England, or your local Integrated Care Board
  • For concerns about the pharmacy profession: the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) at pharmacyregulation.org
  • For how we handle your personal information: the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk
